This Payment & Billing Policy (“Payment Policy”) explains the payment, billing, invoicing and transaction procedures applicable to purchases, Digital Products and Services offered by BrandRipple InfoTech (“BRIT”, “BrandRipple InfoTech”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”) through https://brandrippleinfotech.com/ (the “Website”) and through other authorized BRIT payment channels.
This Policy applies to:
- online purchases;
- Digital Product transactions;
- professional Services;
- online checkout;
- payment links;
- invoices;
- GST and applicable taxes;
- payment gateways;
- payment failures;
- duplicate transactions;
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- promotional pricing; and
- other payment-related matters.
This Policy forms part of BRIT’s broader legal framework and should be read together with the:
- Terms & Conditions;
- Privacy Policy;
- Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy;
- Digital Product License & Usage Policy;
- Cookie Policy;
- Grievance Redressal Policy; and
- applicable Product-specific or Project-specific terms.
By placing an Order, proceeding through checkout, making a payment, purchasing a Digital Product or engaging BRIT for Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment Policy, subject to applicable law.
1. Payment Methods
BRIT may make different payment methods available depending on the Product, Service, customer location and payment infrastructure being used.
Available payment methods may include:
- credit cards;
- debit cards;
- UPI;
- net banking;
- digital wallets;
- bank transfers;
- payment links;
- other electronic payment methods; and
- other payment methods supported by an authorized payment provider.
The payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will determine the payment options available for that transaction.
BRIT reserves the right to add, remove, modify or discontinue payment methods from time to time.
2. Online Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through one or more third-party payment gateways, banks, financial institutions or payment service providers.
The payment provider may process transaction information according to its own:
- terms;
- privacy policy;
- security procedures;
- authentication requirements;
- transaction limits; and
- other applicable policies.
BRIT does not control the independent infrastructure, processing time, availability or internal systems of third-party payment providers.
3. Authorized Payment Providers
BRIT may change its payment gateway or payment service provider at any time.
The applicable payment provider may be displayed:
- during checkout;
- on the payment page;
- in the transaction confirmation;
- in the payment receipt; or
- through another appropriate electronic communication.
Where more than one payment provider is available, the provider may depend on the selected payment method.
4. Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices on the BRIT Website are generally displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) for transactions processed in India.
Where BRIT permits transactions in another currency, the applicable currency will be displayed before payment.
For international transactions, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply:
- currency conversion;
- exchange-rate adjustments;
- foreign transaction fees;
- cross-border processing fees; or
- other charges.
Such third-party charges may not be controlled by BRIT.
5. Product Pricing
Product prices displayed on the Website apply at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time.
A change in price will generally not affect an Order that has already been successfully accepted and paid for, except where:
- there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
- fraud or misuse is identified;
- the transaction is reversed;
- payment has not actually settled; or
- applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Service Pricing
Professional Service fees may be communicated through:
- quotations;
- proposals;
- statements of work;
- invoices;
- project agreements;
- service packages; or
- other written commercial documentation.
Service pricing may vary depending on:
- scope;
- complexity;
- number of deliverables;
- revisions;
- technical requirements;
- project duration;
- third-party costs; and
- other agreed requirements.
The applicable Project Agreement shall govern the agreed Service fee.
7. Taxes and GST
Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), may be charged where required by law.
The Website, checkout page, quotation or invoice may indicate whether displayed prices:
- include applicable taxes; or
- exclude applicable taxes and have taxes added separately.
The applicable tax treatment will depend on the nature of the transaction and the legal and tax status of BRIT and the customer.
8. GST Registration Information
Where applicable:
Legal Entity Name:
BrandRipple InfoTech
GSTIN:
[WILLBE UPDATED SOON]
Where BRIT is not registered or a particular transaction does not require GST to be charged, the transaction will be handled according to the applicable tax provisions.
Customers should not assume that GST is chargeable in every transaction solely because BRIT provides Products or Services.
9. Tax Invoice
Where BRIT is required to issue a GST tax invoice, the invoice will contain the applicable particulars required under GST law.
CBIC’s published invoice rules include requirements concerning supplier name, address and GSTIN, a unique consecutive invoice number, issue date, description, applicable tax details, taxable value and other prescribed particulars.
The exact contents of an invoice may vary depending on:
- whether the transaction is taxable;
- whether the customer is registered under GST;
- whether the transaction is a Service or Product;
- whether the transaction is intra-state or inter-state;
- whether special tax provisions apply; and
- other applicable requirements.
10. Customer Billing Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
This may include:
- legal name;
- business name;
- billing address;
- email address;
- phone number;
- GSTIN, where applicable;
- state;
- PIN code;
- tax information; and
- other information required for invoicing.
BRIT is not responsible for errors in invoices caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
11. GSTIN and Business Customer Information
Customers who require their GSTIN or business details to appear on an applicable invoice should provide the required information during the applicable purchase or billing process.
Customers should verify their GST details before submitting an Order.
Changes requested after an invoice has been issued may require additional verification and may be subject to applicable GST and accounting requirements.
12. E-Invoicing Where Applicable
Where e-invoicing or other electronic invoicing requirements apply to BRIT or a particular transaction, BRIT may follow the applicable statutory invoicing mechanism.
The customer may receive:
- electronic invoices;
- tax invoices;
- credit notes;
- debit notes;
- receipts; or
- other applicable transaction documents.
13. Service Invoices
For taxable Services, BRIT may issue invoices in accordance with applicable GST and tax requirements.
The timing of invoice issuance will depend on the applicable nature of the Service and statutory requirements.
Project-specific payment milestones may also be reflected in the applicable invoice or Project Agreement.
14. Digital Product Purchase Receipt
For Digital Product purchases, customers may receive an electronic:
- order confirmation;
- payment receipt;
- tax invoice, where applicable;
- purchase confirmation;
- download instructions; or
- other transaction record.
The document issued will depend upon the transaction structure and applicable legal requirements.
15. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- the information provided is accurate;
- the transaction is legitimate;
- the payment is being made for a lawful purpose; and
- you have sufficient authorization or funds to complete the transaction.
BRIT may rely on the payment provider’s authentication and transaction confirmation mechanisms.
16. Payment Verification
BRIT may verify payment status before:
- delivering a Digital Product;
- providing download access;
- commencing a Service;
- activating an account;
- confirming an Order; or
- releasing certain deliverables.
Payment verification may be required where a transaction is:
- pending;
- unusually large;
- technically inconsistent;
- flagged by a payment provider;
- suspected to be fraudulent; or
- otherwise requires verification.
17. Successful Payment
A payment will generally be treated as successfully received when the applicable payment provider or BRIT’s payment system confirms successful settlement.
A customer seeing a temporary bank authorization, pending transaction or debit notification does not necessarily mean that BRIT has received settled funds.
18. Pending Transactions
A transaction may remain pending due to:
- bank processing;
- payment gateway processing;
- authentication;
- technical issues;
- network interruptions;
- fraud checks;
- delayed settlement; or
- other third-party processing.
BRIT may wait for final confirmation before completing the Order.
19. Failed Payments
If payment fails or is declined:
- the Order may not be completed;
- a Digital Product may not be delivered;
- download access may not be activated;
- a Service may not commence; and
- the customer may need to attempt payment again.
Customers should not assume that an unsuccessful transaction has created a completed purchase.
20. Amount Debited but Payment Not Confirmed
If your bank account, card or payment application shows that an amount has been debited but BRIT has not received payment confirmation, please contact BRIT with the relevant transaction information.
BRIT may investigate the status with the relevant payment provider.
In certain cases, the payment may subsequently:
- settle successfully;
- be reversed;
- be automatically released;
- be refunded by the payment provider; or
- remain under investigation.
21. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same Order and duplicate settlement is confirmed, BRIT will take reasonable steps to address the duplicate transaction.
Depending on the circumstances, the duplicate amount may be:
- refunded;
- adjusted;
- credited; or
- otherwise resolved through the applicable payment process.
22. Payment Reversals
A payment may be reversed, refunded, declined or otherwise altered by:
- the bank;
- card issuer;
- payment gateway;
- UPI provider;
- financial institution;
- fraud-prevention system; or
- another payment intermediary.
Where a payment reversal affects an Order, BRIT may suspend delivery or access until the transaction status is resolved.
23. Payment Gateway Errors
BRIT is not responsible for losses caused solely by technical problems within an independent payment provider’s systems, including:
- gateway downtime;
- transaction timeout;
- incorrect payment status;
- temporary authentication failure;
- delayed settlement;
- bank-network outage; or
- similar external issues.
BRIT will make reasonable efforts to assist with transaction verification where appropriate.
24. Payment Security
Customers should make payments only through the authorized payment interface provided during checkout or through an official BRIT payment channel.
BRIT does not ask customers to provide confidential authentication information through ordinary customer-support communications.
Customers should never disclose:
- UPI PIN;
- card PIN;
- banking password;
- OTP;
- CVV;
- ATM PIN; or
- other confidential authentication credentials
to BRIT representatives through email, phone, messaging or social media.
25. Online Payment Fraud
BRIT may investigate transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.
This may include:
- stolen payment methods;
- suspicious transactions;
- multiple failed payment attempts;
- unusual purchasing behavior;
- account abuse;
- fraudulent chargeback activity;
- unauthorized account access; or
- other payment-related abuse.
BRIT may suspend or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
26. Digital Product Payment and Delivery
Digital Products will generally be made available after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery may occur through:
- download links;
- customer accounts;
- email;
- secure download pages; or
- other electronic delivery methods.
The applicable Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy governs delivery issues and refund eligibility.
27. Payment and Digital Product License
Payment for a Digital Product does not automatically transfer copyright or intellectual-property ownership to the purchaser.
Use of purchased Digital Products is governed by the applicable Digital Product License & Usage Policy.
28. Service Payments
Professional Services may require:
- advance payment;
- milestone payment;
- partial payment;
- full payment;
- recurring payment; or
- another agreed payment arrangement.
The payment structure will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice or Project Agreement.
29. Advance Payments
Where an advance payment is required, work may commence only after the agreed payment has been received or confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment of an advance does not necessarily guarantee that every requested change or additional Service is included within the original scope.
30. Milestone Payments
Where a project uses milestone billing, BRIT may require payment before proceeding to the next project stage.
Failure to make a required milestone payment may result in:
- project suspension;
- revised timelines;
- delayed delivery;
- additional scheduling requirements; or
- termination in accordance with the Project Agreement.
31. Recurring Payments
Where recurring billing or subscription Services are offered, the applicable:
- billing frequency;
- amount;
- renewal terms;
- cancellation procedure; and
- payment method
will be disclosed before or at the time of subscription.
Recurring payment terms may also be subject to the payment provider’s requirements.
32. Automatic Renewal
Where a Product or Service is expressly described as automatically renewing, the applicable renewal terms will be displayed before purchase or subscription.
If no automatic renewal is expressly stated, BRIT will not represent a transaction as automatically renewable merely because payment details have previously been used.
33. Cancellation of Recurring Services
Where recurring Services are offered, cancellation will be handled according to the applicable Service or subscription terms.
Cancellation of a recurring payment does not necessarily create a refund for amounts already properly charged for a completed or active billing period, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.
34. Invoices and Electronic Delivery
Invoices and billing records may be delivered electronically by:
- email;
- customer account;
- Website dashboard;
- accounting system;
- electronic invoice system; or
- another digital method.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address or account associated with their transaction.
35. Correction of Invoice Information
If you identify an apparent error in an invoice, you should notify BRIT promptly.
BRIT may review and, where appropriate, issue:
- a corrected invoice;
- credit note;
- debit note;
- revised document; or
- another appropriate accounting document
where permitted or required by applicable law.
36. Refund Relationship
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy.
A payment being successfully received does not by itself determine whether a refund is available.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- the type of transaction;
- applicable Product terms;
- Service terms;
- delivery status;
- applicable law; and
- the circumstances giving rise to the request.
37. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact BRIT before initiating a chargeback where the matter concerns a genuine transaction issue that may be resolved directly.
BRIT may provide relevant transaction records to the payment provider, bank, card network or other appropriate institution when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising a genuine legal right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect transaction.
38. Chargeback Abuse
Where permitted by law, BRIT may take appropriate action where a chargeback is reasonably believed to involve:
- fraud;
- deliberate misrepresentation;
- duplicate recovery;
- unauthorized use of Products after purchase;
- abuse of refund procedures; or
- other improper conduct.
39. Promotional Prices
BRIT may offer:
- discounts;
- coupon codes;
- promotional prices;

- one-time use;
- quantity restrictions; or
- other conditions.
BRIT may reject or cancel the misuse of a discount code where appropriate.
41. Pricing Errors
Although BRIT makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, technical or typographical errors may occasionally occur.
Where an obvious pricing error materially affects an Order, BRIT may:
- contact the customer;
- correct the price;
- cancel the affected Order; and/or
- refund an amount already received,
subject to applicable law.
42. Multiple Currencies and Exchange Rates
Where an international payment is accepted, the amount charged or converted may depend on:
- BRIT’s displayed currency;
- payment provider conversion;
- bank exchange rates;
- card issuer exchange rates; and
- applicable international transaction charges.
BRIT does not control exchange-rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.
43. International Taxes and Charges
Customers purchasing from outside India may be responsible for taxes, duties or other charges applicable in their jurisdiction where legally required.
The specific treatment of taxes for international transactions depends on applicable Indian tax law and the laws governing the customer’s jurisdiction.

BRIT may maintain records relating to:
- Orders;
- invoices;
- payments;
- refunds;

- an invoice requires correction;
- a payment was made using an unauthorized method; or
- you identify an unexpected transaction relating to your account.
46. Third-Party Payment Provider Terms

- terms of service;
- privacy policy;
- payment rules;
- fraud controls;
- transaction limits;
- refund procedures; and
- other applicable conditions.
BRIT is not responsible for terms imposed independently by the payment provider.
47. Payment Processing Delays
Payment processing and settlement may sometimes take longer than expected.
BRIT is not responsible for delays caused solely by:
- banks;
- payment processors;
- card networks;
- UPI systems;
- financial institutions;
- network providers;
- authentication systems; or
- other external payment infrastructure.
48. Service Suspension for Non-Payment
Where a customer fails to pay an amount when due, BRIT may, subject to the applicable agreement and law:
- pause Services;
- delay delivery;
- suspend account access;
- suspend support;
- reschedule the project;
- restrict access to Services under BRIT’s control; or
- terminate the engagement where contractually permitted.
49. Digital Product Access for Reversed or Unpaid Transactions
If a payment is reversed, cancelled, charged back or determined not to have settled, BRIT may suspend or revoke Digital Product access associated with that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Where access was obtained through fraudulent payment or deliberate payment abuse, BRIT may take appropriate legal and technical action.
50. Payment Records and Privacy
Payment and billing information will be processed in accordance with BRIT’s Privacy Policy.
BRIT may share transaction-related information with payment providers, financial institutions, accountants, auditors, legal advisers, government authorities or other service providers where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

Electronic invoices, payment receipts, Order confirmations, transaction records and other electronic communications may be retained and relied upon as records of a transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.

- legal/business name;

Where required or permitted under applicable tax law, BRIT may issue:
- credit notes;
- debit notes;
- revised invoices; or
- other relevant tax documents.
Such documents may be used to correct or adjust previously issued invoices.
55. No Unauthorized Payment Requests
