Digital Product License & Usage Policy
Effective Date: 22 September 2026
Last Updated: 22 September 2026
This Digital Product License & Usage Policy (“License Policy”) governs the purchase, download, access and use of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, files, creative assets and other electronically delivered products (“Digital Products”) made available by BrandRipple InfoTech (“BRIT”, “BrandRipple InfoTech”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”) through https://brandrippleinfotech.com/ (the “Website”) or through any other authorized BRIT sales channel.
This License Policy forms part of the contractual terms applicable to every Digital Product purchase and should be read together with BRIT’s:
- Terms & Conditions;
- Privacy Policy;
- Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy; and
- any Product-specific license or usage terms displayed before purchase.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, opening, modifying or using a Digital Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this License Policy, subject to applicable law.
1. What This License Policy Covers
This License Policy applies to Digital Products that may include, without limitation:
- branding templates;
- graphic design templates;
- presentation templates;
- social-media templates;
- business templates;
- marketing resources;
- digital documents;
- downloadable guides;
- design assets;
- graphics;
- icons;
- illustrations;
- digital toolkits;
- editable files;
- creative resources;
- educational resources;
- digital business resources;
- AI-assisted resources;
- downloadable bundles; and
- other electronic products offered by BRIT from time to time.
The exact rights granted for a particular Product may depend on the license specified on its Product page.
2. Purchase Does Not Automatically Transfer Ownership
Purchasing a Digital Product does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, intellectual property or other proprietary rights in that Product to the purchaser.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, BRIT grants the purchaser a license to use the Digital Product according to the terms of this License Policy and any Product-specific license terms.
The copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Product remain with BRIT or the relevant third-party rights holder, as applicable.
The Copyright Act, 1957 recognizes licensing of copyright and provides that a copyright owner may grant an interest in copyright through a license. (indiacode.nic.in)
3. Nature of the License
Unless a Product-specific license states otherwise, the purchaser receives a:
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Digital Product for the permitted purposes described on the relevant Product page and under this License Policy.
The license is intended for the legitimate purchaser or the legal business entity identified in the relevant Order.
The license does not constitute:
- an assignment of copyright;
- transfer of ownership;
- an exclusive license unless expressly stated;
- a transfer of BRIT’s underlying source files or intellectual-property rights; or
- a general right to redistribute the Product.
4. License Types
BRIT may offer different license categories for different Digital Products.
Examples may include:
Personal Use License
Permits use for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the relevant Product terms.
Commercial Use License
Permits use of the Product for specified commercial purposes by the purchasing individual or business, subject to the applicable Product terms.
Agency / Client Use License
May permit the purchaser to use the Product while providing services to a limited number of clients, where specifically stated.
Extended Commercial License
May provide broader commercial usage rights where expressly purchased or granted.
Multi-User / Team License
May permit use by multiple authorized users within the same organization, subject to the stated license conditions.
Not every Product will have every license type.
The license displayed on the Product page or Order documentation will determine the specific rights granted.
5. Product-Specific License Terms Prevail
If a specific Digital Product is accompanied by a separate license, Product usage notice or license description that expressly provides different rights, that Product-specific license will govern the specific Product to the extent of the difference.
For example, a Product may expressly state:
- Personal Use Only;
- Commercial Use Permitted;
- One Business License;
- One Client License;
- Agency License;
- Extended Commercial License;
- Team License; or
- another specific usage model.
The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the applicable license before completing the purchase.
6. Permitted Use
Subject to the applicable license, the purchaser may generally:
- download the Product for authorized use;
- store a reasonable working copy;
- open the files using compatible software;
- modify or customize editable files where technically permitted;
- use the Product in accordance with the Product description;
- incorporate permitted elements into the purchaser’s own lawful work; and
- use the resulting work for the purposes allowed by the applicable license.
The precise permitted use depends upon the Product and its specific license.
7. Personal Use
Where a Product is sold with a Personal Use License, the purchaser may use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Personal use does not include:
- selling the Product;
- using the Product to provide paid client services;
- using the Product as part of a commercial product;
- distributing the Product to customers;
- using the Product to create a competing downloadable resource; or
- other commercial exploitation.
A purchaser who requires commercial use should obtain the appropriate commercial license where available.
8. Commercial Use
Where a Product is expressly sold with commercial-use rights, the purchaser may use the Product for the commercial purposes specified by the applicable license.
Commercial-use rights do not automatically permit:
- resale of the original Product;
- redistribution of source files;
- sublicensing;
- transfer of the Product to unrelated third parties;
- creation of a competing downloadable product; or
- other forms of redistribution.
Commercial use of a finished design created using the Product may be permitted even though redistribution of the underlying source Product is prohibited.
The distinction between using a Product to create an end result and reselling the Product itself is important.
9. Client Work and Agency Use
Where explicitly permitted by the applicable license, a purchaser may use certain BRIT Digital Products in work performed for a client.
Unless the Product license expressly permits it, the purchaser must not provide the original editable Product files to a client.
For example, where permitted:
Allowed:
Using a template to create a finished social-media graphic for a client.
Not automatically allowed:
Giving the client the original editable template file so that the client can reuse, modify or distribute it independently.
A separate Agency, Client or Extended Commercial License may be required where the intended use involves transfer of editable source files or repeated client deployment.
10. Number of Businesses Covered
Unless otherwise stated, a single-business license applies only to the purchaser or the business identified in the transaction.
A purchaser must not automatically use one license across:
- multiple unrelated businesses;
- multiple brands;
- multiple clients;
- multiple companies;
- multiple subsidiaries; or
- unrelated commercial projects.
Where broader use is required, an appropriate license should be obtained.
11. Team and Employee Use
Unless a Product license expressly allows team or multi-user use, a Product purchased under a single-user license should not be shared among multiple unrelated users.
Where the purchaser is a business, reasonable internal use by authorized personnel may be permitted where the Product license expressly allows business/team use.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that its employees, contractors and permitted users comply with the applicable license restrictions.
12. Downloaded Files Are Licensed, Not Sold as Intellectual Property
The fact that a customer receives a downloadable file does not mean that the customer owns the copyright in that file.
The purchaser receives access to the file and the rights expressly granted through the applicable license.
The customer may not rely upon possession of the file as evidence of ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
13. Editing and Modification
Where a Digital Product is provided in an editable format, the purchaser may modify or customize it for permitted uses under the applicable license.
Modification does not transfer ownership of the original Product to the purchaser.
The purchaser may not modify the Product and then:
- sell it as a template;
- distribute the modified source file;
- offer it as a competing downloadable product;
- upload it to another marketplace;
- claim ownership of BRIT’s original Product; or
- otherwise use the modified Product to circumvent the license restrictions.
14. Finished End Products
Where permitted by the Product license, the purchaser may generally create and commercially use finished end products based on or incorporating the Digital Product.
For example, a permitted license may allow a customer to use a template to produce:
- social-media graphics;
- presentations;
- business documents;
- marketing materials;
- promotional artwork;
- advertisements;
- client-facing designs; or
- other finished work.
The purchaser’s rights apply to the permitted end result and do not automatically extend to redistribution of the underlying editable source Product.
15. Prohibited Resale
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, you must not resell BRIT’s Digital Products as Digital Products.
This includes selling:
- the original file;
- an edited version substantially based on the Product;
- a renamed copy;
- a recolored copy;
- a reformatted copy;
- a modified template;
- a bundle containing the Product; or
- substantially similar derivative downloadable resources.
16. Prohibited Redistribution
Unless expressly permitted, you must not:
- upload the Product to a public website;
- place the Product in a shared file repository for unauthorized users;
- distribute download links publicly;
- post the source files on social media;
- share the Product through messaging groups;
- distribute the Product through email lists;
- give the Product away as a free download;
- include the Product in another downloadable library; or
- otherwise make the Product available to persons who did not receive an authorized license.
17. Prohibited Marketplace Use
Unless expressly authorized, you may not list BRIT Digital Products on:
- your own online store;
- digital marketplaces;
- template marketplaces;
- design marketplaces;
- file-sharing websites;
- membership libraries;
- subscription platforms;
- educational resource marketplaces; or
- any other platform for redistribution or resale.
Changing the Product’s file name, color, dimensions or format does not by itself create a new independent right to resell it.
18. Prohibited Sublicensing
You may not sublicense, lease, rent, assign or otherwise grant third parties rights to use a BRIT Digital Product unless such rights are expressly included in the relevant license.
The purchaser cannot create a broader license for another person than the purchaser themselves received.
19. Prohibited Copyright Claims
Purchasers must not represent BRIT’s original Digital Products as entirely their own original creations.
This includes submitting the original Product itself for copyright registration or other proprietary registration as though the purchaser created the original work, except to the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific license.
Creating a permitted end product from a licensed resource does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying BRIT resource.
20. Trademarks, Logos and Brand Assets
Where a Digital Product contains trademarks, logos, brand names or other protected identifiers belonging to BRIT or third parties, the purchaser does not automatically receive trademark ownership or unrestricted trademark rights.
Purchasers must not:
- register BRIT’s trademarks as their own;
- use BRIT’s branding to imply endorsement;
- create confusingly similar branding;
- represent BRIT as the purchaser’s business; or
- use third-party trademarks outside their lawful permitted use.
21. Fonts, Stock Images, Icons and Third-Party Assets
Some Digital Products may contain or reference third-party materials.
These may include:
- fonts;
- photographs;
- stock images;
- icons;
- illustrations;
- software elements;
- plugins;
- APIs;
- datasets;
- audio;
- video; or
- other third-party resources.
Such third-party materials may be governed by separate licenses.
The BRIT Product license does not automatically grant rights beyond those held or granted by the applicable third-party rights holder.
Where a third-party asset requires a separate license, the purchaser may be responsible for obtaining that license where required.
22. Software Requirements
Some Digital Products may require software or applications such as:
- design software;
- presentation software;
- word-processing software;
- spreadsheet software;
- browser-based applications;
- editing software; or
- other compatible tools.
Purchasers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required third-party software licenses.
BRIT is not responsible for the licensing costs, pricing, policies or future compatibility of third-party software.
23. AI-Assisted Digital Products
Certain BRIT Digital Products may contain or incorporate AI-generated, AI-assisted or machine-assisted elements.
Depending on the Product, such elements may include:
- text;
- graphics;
- illustrations;
- layouts;
- concepts;
- prompts;
- workflows;
- structured resources; or
- other AI-assisted material.
AI-assisted content may be subject to additional rights, limitations or third-party platform terms.
The purchaser must not assume that every AI-generated component is exclusively owned by BRIT or that every component qualifies for identical intellectual-property protection.
The license granted applies only to the rights BRIT can lawfully grant.
24. AI Prompts, Workflows and Instructions
Where a Product contains prompts, AI workflows or instructions, the purchaser may use them for the permitted purposes described for that Product.
Unless expressly permitted, the purchaser may not:
- resell the prompt collection itself;
- distribute BRIT’s proprietary prompt library;
- reproduce a substantial portion of the Product as another commercial resource; or
- create a competing prompt library substantially based on BRIT’s Product.
25. Educational and Informational Products
Where a Digital Product contains educational, informational or instructional material, the license permits use only for the purposes stated in the applicable Product license.
Such material must not automatically be treated as:
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- financial advice;
- accounting advice;
- medical advice;
- professional regulatory advice; or
- a guarantee of business results.
Users remain responsible for independently evaluating information before applying it to their circumstances.
26. No Guarantee of Business Results
A Digital Product may provide tools, templates, resources or information designed to support a particular business or creative purpose.
Purchase of a Product does not guarantee:
- business growth;
- revenue;
- sales;
- customer acquisition;
- marketing performance;
- search rankings;
- advertising performance;
- conversion rates;
- brand recognition; or
- any other specific result.
Results depend on numerous factors outside BRIT’s control.
27. Security and Download Protection
BRIT may use technical measures designed to protect Digital Products from unauthorized access or distribution.
These measures may include:
- protected download links;
- access controls;
- expiry dates;
- download limits;
- account authentication;
- license verification;
- watermarking; or
- other reasonable measures.
Attempting to bypass, disable or circumvent such protection may constitute a breach of this License Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
28. Account Sharing
Where access to a Product depends upon a customer account, the account must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
A customer may not:
- sell account access;
- rent account access;
- share account credentials publicly;
- create unauthorized shared-access arrangements; or
- otherwise circumvent the intended purchase model.
29. Download Limits
BRIT may impose reasonable technical limits on:
- number of downloads;
- duration of download access;
- number of devices;
- account sessions;
- user access; or
- other delivery mechanisms.
Any Product-specific limitations will generally be disclosed before or at the time of purchase.
30. Backup Copies
A purchaser may maintain a reasonable backup copy of a legitimately purchased Digital Product for their own authorized use, provided that the backup:
- remains under the purchaser’s control;
- is not publicly distributed;
- is not shared with unauthorized users; and
- remains subject to this License Policy.
A backup copy does not create a second independent license.
31. Transfer of License
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your Digital Product license is personal to you or the purchasing business entity and may not be transferred to another person or organization.
You may not transfer the license by:
- selling the files;
- giving away the account;
- assigning the download link;
- transferring the files with a business sale; or
- otherwise transferring the rights,
unless BRIT expressly agrees in writing.
32. Business Acquisition or Ownership Change
If a licensed Product is being used by a business and that business is sold, merged, acquired or transferred, the license does not automatically transfer to a new legal entity unless:
- the applicable license expressly permits such transfer; or
- BRIT provides written approval.
The purchaser should contact BRIT where a business transaction may affect Product licensing.
33. Client Transfer Restrictions
Where a Product is used for a client under an Agency or Commercial License, the license does not automatically permit the client to independently redistribute the original Product.
Where the client requires continuing independent use of the editable source files, an appropriate license should be obtained.
34. Portfolio and Public Display
Using a Digital Product to create a permitted end product may allow the purchaser to publicly display that end product in accordance with the license.
Public display does not grant the right to publish or distribute the underlying BRIT source files.
35. Product-Specific Attribution Requirements
Some Products may require attribution or credit where expressly stated.
Where a Product page or license requires attribution, the purchaser shall comply with that requirement.
Where no attribution requirement is stated, the purchaser should not represent BRIT as endorsing their business or product unless BRIT has expressly agreed.
36. Copyright Notices
Purchasers must not intentionally remove or alter copyright, license, ownership or other proprietary notices included in a Product where those notices are intended to remain.
Where editing a Product requires modification of ordinary working elements, this restriction does not prevent legitimate permitted editing.
37. License Commencement
The license generally begins when payment for the applicable Digital Product has been successfully completed and the Order has been accepted, subject to any Product-specific terms.
Where payment is reversed, canceled or fraudulently obtained, the license may be suspended or terminated to the extent permitted by law.
38. License Duration
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the license continues for the duration of the purchaser’s lawful use of the Digital Product, subject to compliance with this License Policy and any applicable Product-specific terms.
Certain Products may instead have:
- subscription licenses;
- time-limited licenses;
- renewable licenses;
- access-based licenses; or
- other license periods.
The relevant Product terms will determine the applicable duration.
39. License Termination
BRIT may terminate or suspend a license where there is:
- material breach of the License Policy;
- unauthorized resale;
- unauthorized distribution;
- piracy;
- unlawful copying;
- account abuse;
- fraudulent acquisition;
- deliberate circumvention of access controls; or
- another material violation of applicable terms.
Termination shall be subject to applicable law.
40. Effect of License Termination
If a license is lawfully terminated because of a material breach, the purchaser must stop using the Digital Product to the extent required by the applicable license and law.
The purchaser may be required to:
- stop distributing the Product;
- stop using the Product;
- delete unauthorized copies;
- remove the Product from distribution channels; and
- cease granting access to unauthorized users.
This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be terminated.
41. No Automatic Refund Upon License Termination for Breach
Where a license is terminated because of the purchaser’s material breach, refund entitlement does not automatically arise.
Any refund will remain subject to the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy, applicable law and the particular circumstances.
42. Intellectual Property Protection
BRIT reserves all rights not expressly granted under the applicable license.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as granting:
- ownership of BRIT’s copyright;
- ownership of BRIT trademarks;
- unrestricted redistribution rights;
- source-code ownership;
- resale rights;
- sublicensing rights; or
- any other right not expressly granted.
The Copyright Act, 1957 provides the statutory framework governing copyright rights and licensing in India. (upload.indiacode.nic.in)
43. Protection Against Piracy
Unauthorized copying, uploading, distribution, resale, public sharing or commercial exploitation of BRIT Digital Products may constitute infringement of intellectual-property rights.
BRIT reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include:
- suspension of access;
- termination of license;
- removal requests;
- platform complaints;
- legal notices;
- recovery of applicable losses or costs; and
- other legal remedies available under applicable law.
44. Reporting Unauthorized Distribution
If you become aware of unauthorized distribution of a BRIT Digital Product, you may notify BRIT through the official contact information published on the Website.
Where appropriate, BRIT may request:
- location of the allegedly unauthorized copy;
- screenshots;
- Product name;
- relevant URL;
- identifying information; and
- other reasonable evidence.
BRIT may investigate and take appropriate action.
45. No Transfer of Third-Party Rights
Where a Product includes third-party materials, BRIT grants only those rights that BRIT is legally entitled to grant.
The purchaser remains responsible for complying with applicable third-party license restrictions.
46. No Warranty of Registration or Exclusive Protection
Purchasing a Digital Product does not guarantee that:
- a design can be registered as a trademark;
- copyright protection will exist for every component;
- an element is completely unique worldwide;
- a Product is free from all similar third-party works; or
- a purchaser will obtain exclusive rights in a resulting design.
Where legal registration or clearance is important, the purchaser should obtain appropriate professional advice.
47. Digital Product Improvements
BRIT may update or improve Digital Products from time to time.
Updates may include:
- corrections;
- compatibility improvements;
- design improvements;
- revised instructions;
- updated versions; or
- additional material.
An update does not automatically create an ownership transfer or expanded license.
48. Future Versions and Upgrades
Purchase of one Product does not automatically include:
- future versions;
- premium upgrades;
- additional Product packs;
- successor Products;
- unrelated Products; or
- expanded licenses,
unless expressly stated.
49. Product Discontinuation
BRIT may discontinue a Product or modify its online-store catalog.
Discontinuation does not itself transfer ownership of the Product to customers or create a general right to redistribute previously purchased files.
Completed transactions remain subject to the applicable license and legal rights.
50. Support and Technical Assistance
Where support is provided for a Digital Product, support may be limited to the scope stated on the Product page.
Unless expressly included, purchase of a Digital Product does not automatically include:
- customization services;
- personalized design work;
- custom development;
- one-to-one consulting;
- installation services;
- third-party software support; or
- ongoing maintenance.
Such Services may be separately available for a fee.
51. No Obligation to Provide Customization
A Digital Product is a standard downloadable Product unless expressly described as a customized or personalized Product.
BRIT is not required to modify a standard Product to meet an individual customer’s preferences unless a separate Service has been purchased or agreed.
52. Customer Responsibility for Final Use
The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the final use of the Product and ensuring that its use:
- complies with applicable law;
- complies with the Product license;
- does not infringe third-party rights;
- contains accurate business information; and
- is suitable for the purchaser’s intended purpose.
53. Prohibited Illegal Use
Digital Products may not be used to facilitate:
- unlawful activity;
- fraud;
- impersonation;
- infringement;
- deceptive commercial practices;
- malicious activity;
- harassment; or
- other unlawful conduct.
BRIT may suspend use where unlawful activity is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
54. Prohibited Competitive Products
Unless expressly authorized, you may not use BRIT Digital Products to create products that directly compete with the original Product by reproducing substantially the same:
- templates;
- layouts;
- resource collections;
- design systems;
- downloadable structures;
- content libraries; or
- product concept.
The purpose of this restriction is to prevent a purchased Product from being converted into a competing commercial asset.
55. Use in Marketplaces and Client Libraries
Unless expressly permitted, a purchaser may not place BRIT Digital Products into:
- template libraries;
- stock libraries;
- membership libraries;
- subscription libraries;
- downloadable libraries;
- client resource libraries; or
- other repositories from which unrelated third parties may obtain access.
56. Use in Training or Redistribution Systems
Unless expressly authorized, BRIT Digital Products may not be uploaded into:
- paid training portals;
- public educational repositories;
- membership platforms;
- commercial resource databases;
- AI training datasets;
- public model repositories; or
- similar distribution systems.
This restriction applies to the original Product and substantial portions of it.
57. AI Training and Dataset Restrictions
Unless BRIT expressly permits otherwise, purchasers must not use BRIT’s Digital Products as datasets for:
- training machine-learning models;
- training generative AI systems;
- building competing AI products;
- fine-tuning commercial AI models;
- automated content libraries; or
- similar large-scale computational reuse.
This restriction does not prevent ordinary permitted human use of a Product.
58. Security, Fraud and License Verification
BRIT may maintain reasonable records relating to:
- purchase history;
- account activity;
- download activity;
- license type;
- Product access;
- transaction information; and
- suspected unauthorized use.
Such information may be used to protect BRIT’s intellectual property, prevent fraud and administer licenses, subject to applicable privacy law.
59. Refund Policy Relationship
Refund eligibility is governed primarily by the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy together with applicable law.
Unauthorized use of a Product does not create an automatic refund entitlement.
60. Privacy Relationship
Information relating to Product purchases, accounts, licenses and downloads will be handled in accordance with BRIT’s Privacy Policy.
61. Terms & Conditions Relationship
This License Policy forms part of the broader BRIT Terms & Conditions.
Where there is a conflict regarding Product licensing:
- applicable mandatory law shall prevail;
- an expressly accepted Product-specific license may govern the relevant Product;
- this Digital Product License & Usage Policy shall apply where the Product-specific license is silent; and
- the general Terms & Conditions shall apply to remaining matters.
62. Changes to This License Policy
BRIT reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, replace, update, supplement or otherwise change this License Policy from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Changes may occur because of:
- new Product categories;
- changes in technology;
- new licensing models;
- AI-related developments;
- changes in intellectual-property law;
- changes in business operations;
- new distribution systems;
- security requirements; or
- other legitimate legal or operational reasons.
The latest version will be published on the Website together with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
63. Acceptance of Updated License Terms
By continuing to access or use a Digital Product after an updated version of this License Policy becomes applicable, you acknowledge the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a new purchase requires express acceptance of updated license terms, the applicable checkout or Product page may require such acceptance separately.
Where applicable law requires specific consent, that requirement will prevail.
64. Electronic Acceptance
The purchase, download, activation, access or use of a Digital Product may constitute electronic acceptance of the applicable license terms to the extent permitted by law.
Electronic records may be maintained in connection with:
- Orders;
- payment;
- license activation;
- download;
- account access; and
- other Product-related activity.
India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 provides legal recognition to electronic records and electronic commerce transactions. (indiacode.nic.in)
65. International Customers
Where BRIT permits purchases from outside India, the license granted remains subject to these terms and applicable law.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction concerning:
- intellectual property;
- Digital Products;
- import or export restrictions where relevant;
- commercial use;
- taxation; and
- data or technology restrictions.
66. No Implied Rights
Any rights not expressly granted under this License Policy are reserved by BRIT or the applicable rights holder.
Silence regarding a particular use does not automatically mean that the use is permitted.
67. Severability
If any provision of this License Policy is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
68. Governing Law
This License Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory statutory rights and protections.
69. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute concerning a Digital Product license should first be raised with BRIT so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved amicably.
Where the matter cannot be resolved through ordinary communication, the dispute-resolution provisions contained in BRIT’s Terms & Conditions or applicable Project Agreement shall apply, subject to applicable law.
