AI Use & Transparency Policy
Effective Date: 22 September 2026
Last Updated: 22 September 2026
At BrandRipple InfoTech (“BRIT”, “BrandRipple InfoTech”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”), we use technology, creativity and human expertise to help businesses build clearer, more professional and meaningful digital identities.
Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) and AI-assisted technologies may form part of our creative, technical, operational and business workflows.
This AI Use & Transparency Policy (“AI Policy”) explains how BRIT may use AI, how AI-assisted outputs are handled, the role of human review, the limitations of AI-generated material, the treatment of personal and confidential information, and the responsibilities of users and clients when interacting with AI-assisted Products or Services.
This Policy applies to:
- the BRIT Website;
- professional Services;
- branding and design work;
- content development;
- Digital Products;
- downloadable resources;
- research and ideation;
- marketing and advertising workflows;
- internal business processes;
- customer-support technologies;
- automation;
- AI-assisted software and tools; and
- other current or future BRIT activities involving AI.
This Policy should be read together with BRIT’s:
- Terms & Conditions;
- Privacy Policy;
- Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy;
- Digital Product License & Usage Policy;
- Cookie Policy;
- Website Disclaimer;
- Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy; and
- other applicable policies or contractual terms.
By accessing, using, purchasing from or otherwise interacting with BRIT’s AI-assisted Services or Products, you acknowledge this Policy, subject to applicable law.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to provide transparency regarding BRIT’s use of AI technologies and to establish reasonable expectations concerning:
- AI-assisted content;
- human oversight;
- accuracy;
- intellectual property;
- privacy;
- confidentiality;
- third-party AI providers;
- Digital Products;
- customer responsibilities;
- limitations;
- security; and
- responsible use.
2. What We Mean by Artificial Intelligence
For this Policy, “Artificial Intelligence” or “AI” includes technologies capable of generating, transforming, analysing, classifying, predicting, recommending, automating or otherwise processing information using machine-learning, generative AI or related computational techniques.
This may include:
- generative AI;
- large language models;
- image-generation systems;
- speech or audio systems;
- machine-learning tools;
- AI-assisted design tools;
- AI-powered automation;
- AI research tools;
- AI analytics;
- AI coding assistants; and
- other related technologies.
The specific technologies used by BRIT may change over time.
3. How BRIT May Use AI
BRIT may use AI-assisted technologies for legitimate business and service purposes, including:
- research;
- brainstorming;
- ideation;
- content drafting;
- copy refinement;
- design exploration;
- image generation;
- creative experimentation;
- data or information analysis;
- workflow automation;
- coding assistance;
- technical research;
- customer-support assistance;
- internal productivity;
- marketing support;
- Digital Product development;
- quality-assurance assistance; and
- other appropriate business purposes.
AI may be used as one component of a broader human-led workflow.
4. Human Creativity and Human Oversight
BRIT’s approach is based on combining human creativity, strategic thinking, professional judgment, technology and AI-assisted workflows.
AI is not automatically treated as a substitute for human judgment.
Where appropriate, BRIT may:
- review AI-generated output;
- edit AI-assisted content;
- fact-check information;
- refine designs;
- verify instructions;
- evaluate suitability;
- correct errors;
- modify outputs; and
- apply human creative or strategic judgment.
The degree of human review may vary depending on the type of Service, Product, workflow, urgency and intended use.
5. AI Does Not Automatically Mean Fully Automated Work
The use of AI does not mean that a particular Service or Product is entirely generated by AI.
BRIT may use a combination of:
- human research;
- human strategy;
- human creativity;
- human design;
- human editing;
- software tools;
- AI systems; and
- other technology.
The specific production methodology may differ from one engagement or Product to another.
6. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
AI may be used to generate or assist with:
- text;
- images;
- illustrations;
- concepts;
- layouts;
- designs;
- presentations;
- code;
- prompts;
- workflows;
- ideas;
- summaries;
- research assistance; and
- other content.
AI-assisted output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, unexpected results or unintended similarities.
Accordingly, AI-generated material should be reviewed before important commercial or public use.
7. Accuracy of AI Output
AI systems can produce information that is:
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- misleading;
- contextually inappropriate;
- inconsistent; or
- unsupported.
BRIT does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted information is accurate in every instance.
Where factual accuracy is commercially or legally important, appropriate human verification should be performed.
8. No Automatic Guarantee of Uniqueness
AI systems may generate output that is similar to material generated independently by other users or systems.
Accordingly, BRIT does not automatically represent that every AI-assisted output is:
- completely unique worldwide;
- exclusive;
- unprecedented;
- unavailable elsewhere; or
- free from all similarity to third-party material.
9. Intellectual Property in AI-Assisted Work
The intellectual-property status of AI-generated or AI-assisted material may depend on:
- the nature of the material;
- the degree of human creativity or contribution;
- applicable law;
- third-party platform terms;
- contractual arrangements; and
- the particular jurisdiction.
BRIT therefore does not automatically represent that every AI-generated component qualifies for exclusive intellectual-property protection.
India’s copyright framework is principally established by the Copyright Act, 1957, but the legal treatment of AI-assisted or AI-generated content may depend upon the specific facts and applicable law.
10. No Automatic Transfer of AI Tool Rights
Where AI is used through a third-party provider, the provider may retain or receive certain rights or permissions under its own terms.
BRIT can transfer only those rights that BRIT legally owns or has authority to transfer.
Third-party terms may therefore continue to apply to certain AI-assisted materials.
11. Third-Party AI Providers
BRIT may use third-party AI platforms, software or APIs.
These providers may include systems used for:
- text generation;
- image generation;
- research;
- transcription;
- automation;
- analysis;
- coding;
- design assistance; or
- other AI-enabled functions.
Third-party providers may independently process information according to their own contractual terms and privacy practices.
12. Third-Party AI Terms
Where an AI provider’s terms apply to an interaction, users and clients may also be bound by those terms.
BRIT does not control:
- third-party AI policies;
- model behavior;
- provider pricing;
- data-retention practices;
- service availability;
- model updates;
- geographic processing locations; or
- future provider policies.
Those factors may change over time.
13. Personal Data and AI
BRIT may process personal information while using AI-assisted technologies.
Where such processing falls within applicable data-protection law, BRIT will handle the information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
The DPDP Act, 2023 establishes India’s framework for processing digital personal data, with different provisions brought into force through the Government’s phased commencement notifications.
14. Minimization of Personal Data in AI Systems
BRIT aims to avoid providing unnecessary personal information to AI systems.
Where appropriate, BRIT may:
- minimize information;
- remove unnecessary identifiers;
- use generalized information;
- limit inputs;
- apply access controls; or
- use other reasonable safeguards.
The specific safeguards used may depend upon the nature of the information and the AI system involved.
15. Sensitive and Confidential Information
Users and clients should not provide highly sensitive information, passwords, banking credentials, authentication codes or unnecessary confidential information through general AI-assisted interfaces.
Examples include:
- passwords;
- UPI PINs;
- card PINs;
- banking credentials;
- security codes;
- private encryption keys;
- confidential authentication information; and
- other highly sensitive credentials.
Where a project requires the handling of confidential business information through AI technologies, the applicable arrangements may be addressed separately through:
- a Project Agreement;
- NDA;
- data-processing arrangement; or
- other applicable contractual terms.
16. Client Confidential Information
Where a client provides confidential information for a project, BRIT will consider the applicable confidentiality obligations and project requirements before using that information in an AI-assisted workflow.
The availability and suitability of an AI tool may depend on:
- provider terms;
- security controls;
- data-processing arrangements;
- project requirements; and
- the nature of the information.
17. Customer Responsibility for AI Inputs
Customers and clients are responsible for ensuring that information they provide for AI-assisted processing:
- may lawfully be provided;
- does not violate another person’s rights;
- is accurate where accuracy matters;
- does not unlawfully disclose confidential information; and
- is provided with appropriate authority.
18. Copyright and Third-Party Material in AI Inputs
Users must not knowingly provide content to AI systems where they do not have the right or authorization to use that content for the intended processing.
This may include:
- copyrighted material;
- confidential documents;
- proprietary code;
- private databases;
- licensed datasets;
- personal information; or
- third-party confidential information.
Users remain responsible for their own inputs.
19. AI-Generated Images and Designs
AI may be used in:
- concept development;
- moodboards;
- visual exploration;
- image generation;
- design experimentation;
- creative references;
- campaign development; or
- other creative workflows.
AI-generated images may contain unintended similarities, artifacts or elements that require review.
BRIT does not guarantee that an AI-generated visual is suitable for trademark registration, exclusive branding, copyright registration or every commercial use.
20. AI and Logo Design
Where AI-assisted systems contribute to logo concepts or visual identities, BRIT may perform additional human design, refinement and strategic development.
However, AI assistance does not automatically guarantee:
- trademark availability;
- registrability;
- originality worldwide;
- exclusive ownership; or
- absence of confusingly similar marks.
Trademark searching and legal clearance are separate professional activities.
21. AI and Brand Strategy
AI-assisted research may support branding and strategy work.
However, strategic recommendations may require human evaluation of:
- market context;
- customer behavior;
- brand objectives;
- industry requirements;
- competition;
- positioning; and
- other business factors.
AI-assisted research should not automatically be treated as independently verified market intelligence.
22. AI and Content Creation
AI may assist BRIT with:
- outlines;
- drafts;
- copywriting;
- rewriting;
- summaries;
- idea generation;
- content variations;
- SEO assistance; or
- other content-related tasks.
Final content may be edited or reviewed by humans depending on the Service.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing business claims, factual statements and regulated information before publication.
23. AI and Marketing
AI may be used to support:
- audience research;
- content variations;
- keyword analysis;
- campaign ideas;
- workflow automation;
- performance analysis; or
- other marketing activities.
AI assistance does not guarantee:
- advertising approval;
- audience response;
- leads;
- sales;
- rankings;
- conversions;
- engagement; or
- other commercial outcomes.
24. AI and SEO
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be used as part of SEO-related workflows.
Search-engine algorithms and policies are controlled by independent third parties.
BRIT does not guarantee:
- ranking positions;
- indexing;
- search visibility;
- traffic;
- featured placement;
- domain authority; or
- other search-engine outcomes.
25. AI and Software Development
Where BRIT uses AI-assisted coding or technical tools, generated code may require:
- human review;
- testing;
- debugging;
- security review;
- license review;
- performance testing; and
- compatibility testing.
BRIT does not guarantee that AI-assisted code is automatically secure, error-free, original or compatible with every environment.
26. Open-Source and AI-Assisted Code
AI-assisted code may contain patterns or suggestions that require review for applicable open-source or third-party license obligations.
Where legally relevant, BRIT may assess such issues as part of the agreed Service scope.
Customers remain responsible for the use of third-party software in their own environments where applicable.
27. AI and Digital Products
BRIT may use AI while creating:
- templates;
- graphics;
- guides;
- documents;
- prompts;
- workflows;
- business resources;
- educational material;
- digital toolkits; and
- other Digital Products.
The applicable Digital Product License determines the customer’s usage rights.
28. AI Prompts and Prompt-Based Products
Some Digital Products may contain prompts, prompt collections, AI workflows or instruction systems.
The purchaser receives only the rights expressly granted by the applicable Product License.
Unless expressly permitted, purchasers may not:
- resell BRIT’s prompt collection;
- redistribute the original prompt library;
- publish the collection;
- include it in competing products;
- create a substantially similar commercial prompt library; or
- otherwise exploit proprietary prompt content beyond the permitted license.
29. AI-Assisted Digital Product Limitations
Where a Digital Product contains AI-assisted material, the Product may not be:
- exclusive worldwide;
- guaranteed suitable for every use case;
- guaranteed legally protectable in every component; or
- guaranteed free from similarities to independently generated material.
Purchasers should review the Product-specific license and description.
30. AI Output Verification
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying upon it for:
- legal documents;
- regulated communications;
- financial decisions;
- contractual documents;
- public claims;
- advertising claims;
- technical deployment;
- security-sensitive functions; or
- other high-impact purposes.
31. No Legal or Professional Advice Through AI
AI-assisted content provided through the BRIT Website or Products is not automatically:
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- financial advice;
- accounting advice;
- medical advice;
- regulatory advice;
- investment advice; or
- other professional advice.
Users should obtain professional advice where appropriate.
32. Human Review Does Not Mean Zero Risk
Human review may reduce errors and improve suitability, but it does not guarantee that every AI-assisted output will be:
- completely accurate;
- completely original;
- free from errors;
- free from third-party claims;
- legally registrable; or
- appropriate for every situation.
33. AI and Automated Decisions
BRIT may use automated systems for operational purposes.
Unless otherwise expressly communicated, BRIT does not intend ordinary Website AI functionality to independently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.
Where applicable law imposes requirements relating to automated decision-making, BRIT will consider and comply with the applicable requirements.
34. AI-Assisted Customer Support
BRIT may use AI-assisted technologies to support customer-service operations.
Such systems may help:
- classify requests;
- draft responses;
- provide general information;
- route enquiries;
- identify common issues; or
- assist support personnel.
AI-assisted support does not necessarily replace human review or human customer support.
35. Human Escalation
Where a customer-support issue is complex, sensitive, disputed or otherwise requires human judgment, BRIT may route the matter to a human representative.
36. AI and Security
BRIT may use AI-assisted technologies for legitimate security-related activities such as:
- anomaly detection;
- fraud detection;
- spam identification;
- automated monitoring;
- security analysis; or
- other protective functions.
Such systems may produce false positives or false negatives.
37. Fraud Detection and Transactions
AI or automated systems may assist BRIT or third-party payment providers in identifying potentially suspicious transactions.
A transaction may therefore be:
- delayed;
- reviewed;
- challenged;
- declined; or
- placed on hold
where security or fraud concerns arise.
Final transaction decisions may also depend on third-party payment providers.
38. AI and Cookies / Analytics
AI-assisted analytics or automated systems may process information collected through:
- Cookies;
- Website logs;
- analytics;
- customer interactions;
- transaction information; or
- other technical sources.
Such processing is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
39. AI and Third-Party Data
Where BRIT uses third-party data or external information with AI tools, BRIT may be subject to the terms and limitations attached to the relevant source.
BRIT does not guarantee that third-party data is:
- complete;
- current;
- error-free;
- exclusive; or
- suitable for every purpose.
40. AI and Confidentiality
The existence of an AI-assisted workflow does not by itself eliminate contractual confidentiality obligations.
Where confidentiality applies, BRIT will consider the applicable contractual terms and the suitability of the relevant technology.
41. AI and Client Approval
Where AI-assisted content forms part of a client deliverable, the client may be asked to review and approve the final output.
Client approval confirms acceptance of the deliverable for the agreed purpose but does not automatically establish that every component has identical intellectual-property characteristics.
42. AI and Client Responsibility
The client remains responsible for reviewing final deliverables for:
- business accuracy;
- factual accuracy;
- regulatory requirements;
- trademark considerations;
- third-party rights;
- industry requirements;
- brand suitability; and
- intended use.
43. AI and Third-Party Intellectual Property
AI systems may generate material that is similar to material created elsewhere.
BRIT does not automatically warrant that AI-assisted output is free from every possible third-party claim.
Where material is intended for important commercial or intellectual-property use, appropriate clearance may be advisable.
44. AI and Trademark Clearance
AI-assisted suggestions for:
- business names;
- product names;
- taglines;
- logos;
- slogans; or
- other brand identifiers
do not constitute legal trademark clearance.
Customers should conduct appropriate trademark searches and seek professional advice where necessary.
45. AI and Copyright Clearance
The use of AI does not automatically guarantee that every resulting work is free from third-party copyright issues.
Where a project requires formal copyright clearance, that requirement should be expressly included in the applicable Project Agreement.
46. AI and Content Attribution
Where a third-party AI provider requires disclosure, attribution or another condition for use of its technology or output, BRIT may comply with the applicable provider terms where required.
47. AI Transparency
Where reasonably appropriate, BRIT may disclose that AI assistance was used in the creation or processing of certain content, Products or Services.
The level of disclosure may depend on:
- the nature of the AI use;
- the intended audience;
- contractual requirements;
- Product characteristics;
- applicable law; and
- third-party platform requirements.
48. AI Use May Vary by Product or Service
Not every Product or Service uses AI.
Some work may be:
- entirely human-created;
- partly AI-assisted;
- produced using traditional software;
- created through a combination of methods; or
- supported by automation.
The production method may vary according to the project.
49. AI Tool Changes
AI platforms can change rapidly.
Providers may change:
- models;
- capabilities;
- usage restrictions;
- prices;
- data policies;
- output behavior;
- APIs;
- availability; or
- licensing terms.
Such changes may affect BRIT’s workflows.
50. No Guarantee of AI Availability
BRIT does not guarantee that a particular AI tool, model or feature will remain available indefinitely.
If a third-party AI service becomes unavailable or materially changes, BRIT may substitute another reasonable technology or modify the applicable workflow.
51. AI Provider Outages
BRIT is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by third-party AI providers.
Such interruptions may include:
- system outages;
- API failures;
- model downtime;
- service restrictions;
- account limitations;
- policy changes; or
- technical incidents.
52. AI and Data Retention
Where an AI provider processes information on BRIT’s behalf, retention and processing may be governed partly by the provider’s systems and terms.
BRIT will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
53. AI and International Processing
Some AI providers may process information outside India.
Where such processing involves personal data and applicable law regulates cross-border processing, BRIT will take the steps required under the applicable legal framework.
54. AI and Children
BRIT’s Website and Services are not primarily designed to provide unrestricted AI interactions to children.
Where applicable law imposes special requirements concerning children’s personal data or AI interaction, BRIT will comply with those requirements.
55. Prohibited AI Use by Customers
Customers must not use BRIT’s AI-assisted Products or Services to facilitate:
- fraud;
- impersonation;
- unlawful activities;
- malicious attacks;
- privacy violations;
- copyright infringement;
- trademark infringement;
- harassment;
- unauthorized surveillance;
- distribution of malicious content; or
- other unlawful or abusive conduct.
56. Misrepresentation of AI Output
Users must not intentionally represent AI-generated or AI-assisted material as something that it is not where doing so would be unlawful or materially deceptive.
57. High-Risk Uses
Customers should exercise particular caution before using AI-assisted BRIT materials for high-impact purposes involving:
- legal rights;
- employment decisions;
- financial decisions;
- medical decisions;
- regulated activities;
- security-critical systems; or
- other areas where errors could create significant harm.
Appropriate human and professional review should be obtained.
58. AI and Compliance Responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for determining whether their intended use of an AI-assisted Product or Service complies with:
- applicable laws;
- industry requirements;
- contractual obligations;
- intellectual-property rights;
- data-protection requirements; and
- third-party platform policies.
59. No Representation of Universal AI Compliance
This Policy does not represent that every AI technology used by BRIT satisfies every AI-related legal, regulatory, ethical or technical standard in every jurisdiction.
The applicable requirements depend on:
- the technology;
- intended use;
- customer;
- jurisdiction;
- data involved; and
- applicable law.
60. Responsible AI Principles
BRIT aims to use AI responsibly, with consideration for principles including:
- human oversight;
- transparency;
- privacy;
- security;
- accountability;
- reasonable accuracy;
- appropriate use;
- intellectual-property awareness; and
- respect for applicable law.
India’s AI-governance work has identified themes including transparency, explainability, responsibility, accountability, awareness and human oversight as important considerations for trustworthy AI.
61. Human-in-the-Loop Approach
Where appropriate to the Service, BRIT seeks to maintain meaningful human involvement in:
- strategy;
- creative direction;
- quality review;
- client communication;
- final approval;
- important factual review; and
- other decisions requiring professional judgment.
The precise level of human involvement may vary by use case.
62. AI and Bias
AI systems may reflect limitations, biases or inaccuracies present in their training data, design or operation.
BRIT may review outputs for obvious problems where reasonably practicable, but does not guarantee that AI-assisted output is completely free from bias.
Users should exercise appropriate judgment when applying AI-assisted information.
63. AI and Misinformation
AI-generated content may contain false or misleading statements.
Users should independently verify important claims before:
- publishing;
- advertising;
- making legal representations;
- issuing business communications; or
- making consequential decisions.
64. AI and Generated Recommendations
Where AI assists with recommendations or suggestions, those recommendations are not guarantees.
Users remain responsible for deciding whether a recommendation is suitable.
65. AI and Digital Product Purchases
Purchasing a Digital Product that contains AI prompts, instructions, workflows or AI-assisted content does not guarantee a particular AI result.
Results may vary based on:
- AI model;
- model version;
- prompt interpretation;
- input information;
- settings;
- software;
- account type;
- provider;
- platform changes; and
- other factors.
66. AI Model Updates
An AI prompt or workflow that works in one model or version may produce different results after a provider changes its model.
BRIT does not guarantee identical output across:
- AI platforms;
- models;
- model versions;
- accounts;
- regions; or
- future releases.
67. AI Product Compatibility
Customers should review the Product description before purchasing AI-related Digital Products.
Some Products may require:
- access to a particular AI platform;
- a paid subscription;
- specific software;
- a compatible account;
- internet access; or
- other third-party services.
Those requirements may change.
68. AI Third-Party Costs
A BRIT Product price does not automatically include fees payable to external AI providers.
Customers are responsible for any separate:
- subscriptions;
- API costs;
- usage charges;
- software licences; or
- other third-party expenses
required for their intended use unless expressly included.
69. AI and Commercial Use
Where a BRIT Product is sold with commercial rights, those rights apply to the extent stated by the applicable Product License.
Commercial rights do not automatically grant unrestricted ownership of:
- third-party AI outputs;
- third-party models;
- third-party software;
- external datasets; or
- third-party platform content.
70. AI and Ownership Claims
Neither BRIT nor a customer should assume ownership of AI-generated content beyond the rights actually available under:
- applicable law;
- contractual terms;
- third-party platform terms; and
- the circumstances of creation.
71. AI and Customer Confidentiality
Customers should review third-party AI provider terms before submitting highly confidential information to any AI service, particularly where the customer’s own confidentiality obligations restrict external processing.
72. AI and Security Credentials
Users must never provide BRIT with:
- passwords;
- UPI PINs;
- card PINs;
- banking credentials;
- OTPs;
- private API keys; or
- other authentication secrets
for the purpose of AI-assisted processing.
73. Reporting an AI-Related Concern
If you believe that AI-assisted content supplied by BRIT contains:
- a significant factual error;
- a privacy concern;
- an intellectual-property issue;
- a security issue;
- an inappropriate output; or
- another material problem,
you may contact BRIT through the official Website contact channels.
BRIT may investigate and take appropriate corrective action where reasonably practicable.
74. AI and Grievance Redressal
AI-related complaints may be submitted through the BRIT Grievance Redressal Policy.
Where a matter requires human review, BRIT may escalate it accordingly.
75. AI and Refunds
An AI-assisted Product or Service is not automatically refundable merely because an AI system produces an output that the customer does not personally prefer.
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable:
- Refund, Cancellation & Digital Product Delivery Policy;
- Product-specific terms;
- Project Agreement; and
- applicable law.
76. AI and Intellectual Property Complaints
Intellectual-property concerns relating to AI-assisted material may be raised under BRIT’s Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
BRIT may request appropriate information to investigate such concerns.
77. AI and Privacy Complaints
Concerns concerning personal information processed through AI technologies may be raised under BRIT’s Privacy Policy and applicable grievance procedures.
78. Changes to AI Technologies
BRIT may replace, remove, add or modify AI technologies used in its business.
This may happen because of:
- technology changes;
- provider changes;
- cost;
- security;
- performance;
- availability;
- legal developments;
- regulatory developments; or
- operational requirements.
79. Changes to This AI Policy
BRIT reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, replace, update, supplement or otherwise change this AI Use & Transparency Policy from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Changes may occur because of:
- new AI technologies;
- new Products;
- new Services;
- changes in AI providers;
- technological developments;
- changes in data-protection requirements;
- changes in intellectual-property law;
- changes in AI governance;
- changes in Website functionality; or
- other legitimate legal, technical or operational reasons.
The latest version will be published on the Website together with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
80. Acceptance of Updated AI Policy

This applies regardless of whether the Website is accessed through:
- desktop;

- tablet;
- browser;
- application;
- direct link;
- email;
- social media;
- search engine;

This AI Policy should be read together with BRIT’s Privacy Policy.
Where AI technologies process personal data, the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements also apply.
82. Relationship with Digital Product License
Where AI-related Digital Products are sold, the applicable Digital Product License & Usage Policy governs the customer’s rights and restrictions.
83. Relationship with Terms & Conditions
This AI Policy forms part of BRIT’s broader Terms & Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions govern Website use, transactions, Services, Products, liability, disputes and other general contractual matters.
84. Relationship with Intellectual Property Policy
Intellectual-property matters relating to AI-assisted content are additionally governed by BRIT’s Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
85. Relationship with Cookie Policy
Where AI-related services use Cookies or similar technologies, the applicable Cookie Policy also governs such technologies.
86. No Waiver
Failure by BRIT to enforce any provision of this AI Policy immediately does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
87. Severability
If any provision of this AI Policy is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
88. Governing Law
This AI Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory statutory rights and protections.
89. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to AI-assisted Products or Services should first be raised directly with BRIT for review and, where possible, amicable resolution.
Where the matter cannot be resolved, the dispute-resolution provisions of the applicable Terms & Conditions or Project Agreement shall apply, subject to applicable law.
